What Yarvy is

Yarvy is a personal assistant for managing your tasks, goals, and notes, with an AI that turns what you tell it into those items and helps you decide what to do next.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Please do not use Yarvy to break the law, to harm others, to abuse or overload the service, or to try to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

About the AI

Yarvy's replies are generated by an AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment before acting on anything it suggests.

Your content

The content you create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can work, including sending the necessary parts to our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

Yarvy is provided as is, without warranties. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Yarvy and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use Yarvy means you accept the update.
